Not only does our team produce the best quality leather products but they are also located in a neighbouring country, which contributes to lowering our carbon footprint and working towards a more sustainable future- a main priority of BUSY SHE.

WARRANTY:

We stand by the quality and workmanship of our bags. Ensuring your bag is cared for is important though- please read our care guide.

We offer a warranty on our products against defects in workmanship, if our leather products are defective in the workmanship, we will repair the bag free of charge within six months of the date of purchase. If we cannot repair the product, we will replace it.

What to do if there is a fault? In the unlikely event your bag has a fault please contact us immediately, or within six months of your purchase at hellobusyshe@outlook.com so we can arrange for it to be repaired. This may be locally if minor (for an agreed and reasonable cost), or if the fault is more complex- a return will be arranged for assessment of the item to determine if it is faulty. Five working days are allowed to post your item back if we approve the return. The return request will be cancelled if this does not occur. Details of returns will be communicated through email. 

Please be aware that we are unable to refund products / shipping costs or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or wear and tear and not related to the workmanship of the bag.
